针对ForTube ETH版本的流动性挖矿奖励参数做如下调整:
自9月22日0点开始，存币系数保持不变，借币系数调整为0。
调整后，用户进行借币操作，不会影响当前加权净资产，挖矿收益也不会降低。
提醒借币的用户，借币需要支付利息，利息是动态变化的。
同时，建议关注健康指数的变化，并将其保持在1.25以上的健康区间。

Dear Community Members,
ForTube ETH liquidity mining reward indexes will be adjusted as follows:
The deposit indexes remain unchanged while the borrowing indexes will be adjusted to [0].
In the meantime, it is recommended to pay attention to the changes in your health index and keep it in a healthy range above [1.25] to avoid liquidation.
All adjustments will take effect from 12 AM 09/22 (UTC+8).
